The Royal Monastery of Brou is located southeast of the city center of Bourg-en-Bresse, capital of the French department of Ain (Rhône-Alpes) and was founded by Margaret of Austria (1480-1530). The church was built between 1513 and 1532. It has a gothic facade with exuberant decoration. Its interior comprises five naves and a large cruise. It gather a valuable set of pieces that make up its furniture.

El Real monasterio de Brou está situado al sureste del centro de la ciudad de Bourg-en-Bresse, capital del departamento francés de Ain (Ródano-Alpes) y fue fundado por Margarita de Austria (1480-1530). La iglesia se construyó entre los años 1513 y 1532. Presenta una fachada gótica con una decoración exuberante. Su interior comprende cinco naves y un amplio crucero. Reúne un valioso conjunto de piezas que conforman su mobiliario.
