The partners of Fab Routes, the group that makes up the cultural routes of the Network of Routes of Emperor Charles V, the Route of the Phoenicians, Via Regia, Route of the Olives, the European Route of Jewish Heritage, ATRIUM, the ARGO consultancy firm and the Centre for Advanced Studies in Tourism of the University of Bologna, met in Cuacos de Yuste (Cáceres) to contribute to the development of cultural routes, met in Cuacos de Yuste (Cáceres) to contribute to the enhancement of the Cultural Routes and the design of a new innovative educational module to enable members of the Cultural Routes and their networks to improve their skills and knowledge on various topics.
In particular, the participants discussed how to develop a correct management of cultural heritage or how to manage projects focused on sustainability. They also analysed details related to audience analysis and development, branding and cultural marketing, and governance models related to cultural itineraries.
Finally, study models for the promotion of citizen participation were also analysed, as well as a new development model aimed at promoting and including the activities of cultural routes in the system of cultural and tourist services.
